Dairy Free Alfredo Sauce
Sauté in coconut oil:
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- ½ cup morel mushrooms, chopped in the DRY container setting #8
- Two cloves of garlic
In the wet container combine:
- 1 cup of roasted cashews
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 1 ½ cups soup stock
Start at 1 and quickly increase to 10 for 1 minute or until desired texture is achieved.
Mix with the sauté and serve over noodles.
